Background in Economics, then 3+ years in revenue operations and AdTech before moving to the platform side at VTEX.

02. Experience
2nd Rotation — Digital Commerce Specialist Program
Full account ownership across 30 enterprise accounts in retail and consumer goods — incident resolution, renewals, contract expansion, and QBRs. Combined annual GMV of ~$16M.
- Led the first digital waitlist launch for a global fashion retailer, coordinating search, catalog, logistics, and engineering. Result: $220K GMV on launch day ($100K+ in the first 25 min), 3x conversion rate, 95% sell-through by mid-afternoon.
- Identified an upsell opportunity for a Tier 2 beauty account by mapping underused platform capabilities to their omnichannel roadmap. Proposed FastStore migration and marketplace expansion; secured executive buy-in and expanded contract scope.
- Diagnosed and resolved a platform failure for a Tier 1 confectionery retailer days before Easter peak, coordinating directly with engineering. Protected a $2M annual GMV account and secured full renewal.
- Managed an active bot attack and fraud incident for a Tier 2 account under churn risk. Coordinated C-level communication and fast-tracked the account into a beta bot-protection feature, influencing platform roadmap. Preserved 26% QoQ GMV growth and retained the account.
1st Rotation — Digital Commerce Specialist Program
Technical escalation owner for enterprise accounts across Catalog, Pricing, Checkout, and OMS.
- Identified and resolved critical catalog configuration errors for an enterprise partner, directly enabling a +10% increase in marketplace sales channel revenue.
- Migrated 2 storefronts of a $1.4M GMV supermarket client to composable architecture in under 2 months with zero downtime, and structured the migration roadmap for 3 additional storefronts.
- Monitored 10+ marketplace integrations (Amazon, Mercado Livre, TikTok, Shopee) for Tier 1 partners, diagnosing and resolving catalog and order sync failures via OpenSearch and Grafana.
- Identified an untapped mobile acquisition segment for a desktop-only product. Designed segmentation strategy and A/B test hypotheses with engineering to optimize the algorithm for mobile conversion. Result: +10% increase in total company GMV from a previously non-converting segment.
- Restructured business logic and pricing workflows for client onboarding, cutting deal closure time from ~2 weeks to 1 week. Enabled 10+ key accounts to scale to full operational capacity, a segment representing over 30% of company revenue.
- Redesigned performance reporting workflows and built SQL dashboards for Programmatic and Retail Media campaigns, cutting processing time by 50% and enabling data-driven decisions for clients and internal teams.
- Standardized programmatic media campaign workflows and built analytical reports supporting account and operations teams across 50+ active clients.
- Managed daily relationships with major acquiring partners — Cielo, Rede, Stone, GetNet — as primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting.
- Contributed to restructuring the e-commerce partnership process, improving merchant onboarding and delivering KPI dashboards from high-volume data.
